PT Pertamina (Persero) posted a net profit of US$3.35 billion, equivalent to Rp55.20 trillion, for the 2025 fiscal year. The achievement was secured amid global energy industry dynamics and various national economic challenges.

Pertamina President Director Simon Aloysius Mantiri stated that the annual performance results were approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) in Jakarta on Tuesday (23/6/2026). He explained that the performance indicates the company’s strategy is running effectively in maintaining performance across all energy business lines, from upstream to downstream.

“Overall, the 2025 fiscal year achievements show that Pertamina is not only strengthening national energy security but also driving the transition towards lower-carbon energy, increasing contributions to the national economy, and maintaining healthy and sustainable financial fundamentals,” he said.

Throughout the period, the company recorded revenue of US$70.89 billion, or approximately Rp1,167.99 trillion, with EBITDA reaching US$11.43 billion, equivalent to Rp188.33 trillion. Pertamina also contributed Rp360.76 trillion to the state, comprising taxes, Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), and dividends.

“For Pertamina, this achievement does not merely reflect corporate performance. Behind it lies an increasingly greater responsibility to ensure energy remains available and reliable for the public, industry, and various strategic sectors that drive the national economy,” Simon added.

In the upstream sector, the company’s oil and gas production was maintained above 1 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOEPD), while the processing sector recorded a Yield Valuable Product of 83.7% with a refinery processing volume reaching 333 million barrels. Pertamina currently supplies around 70% of the national fuel needs to support public activities.

The company also realised domestic investment of US$5.9 billion, or Rp97.20 trillion, throughout 2025. Additionally, spending on Domestic Products (PDN) reached Rp531.5 trillion to provide a multiplier effect for strengthening the domestic economy.

On the energy transition front, electricity production from new and renewable energy reached 8,711 GWh, an increase of 3% from the previous year. Pertamina also successfully reduced carbon emissions by 2.27 million tonnes of CO2e as part of efforts to support the Net Zero Emission target.
