Pertamina Posts Rp1,167 Trillion Revenue, Energy Performance Remains Robust
PT Pertamina (Persero) posted revenue of Rp1,167.99 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year, reflecting sustained national energy business activity amid global market dynamics and economic challenges affecting the oil and gas industry. The results were announced during the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) for the 2025 financial year held in Jakarta on Tuesday (23/6/2026), where Pertamina also reported EBITDA of Rp188.33 trillion and net profit of Rp55.20 trillion. President Director Simon Aloysius Mantiri stated that the achievements demonstrate the company’s strong business fundamentals and the effectiveness of its strategies across all business lines. “Overall, the 2025 results show that Pertamina has not only strengthened national energy resilience but also driven the transition towards lower-carbon energy, increased its contribution to the national economy, and maintained healthy and sustainable financial fundamentals,” Simon said. Beyond positive financial performance, Pertamina contributed Rp360.76 trillion to the state through taxes, non-tax state revenue (PNBP), and dividends. The company also realised domestic investment of approximately Rp97.20 trillion and recorded domestic product spending (PDN) of Rp531.5 trillion. In the upstream sector, Pertamina’s oil and gas production remained above 1 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOEPD). In the processing sector, its refineries recorded a valuable product yield of 83.7 percent, an increase from the previous year, with total processing volume reaching 333 million barrels. Downstream performance also remained robust, with Pertamina supplying around 70 percent of national fuel demand to support public and economic activities. In the gas business, transmission volume reached 587 BSCF, growing 4 percent year-on-year, while commercial gas volume reached 305 million MMBTU. In energy logistics, total domestic and international cargo transported reached 172 million kilolitres during 2025. Meanwhile, new and renewable energy development continued, with electricity production reaching 8,711 GWh, a 3 percent increase from the previous year. Pertamina also continued its decarbonisation programmes across all business lines, successfully reducing carbon emissions by 2.27 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent during 2025 as part of its support for the net zero emission target. Simon Mantiri said Pertamina continues to ensure energy availability for the public through an approach that prioritises availability, ease of access, affordability, and acceptability. “For Pertamina, these achievements do not merely reflect corporate performance. Behind them lies a growing responsibility to ensure energy remains available and reliable for the public, industry, and various strategic sectors that drive the national economy,” Simon said. Meanwhile, Pertamina’s President Commissioner Mochamad Iriawan expressed appreciation to shareholders and all company personnel for their support and hard work throughout 2025. “The decisions taken at this RUPS represent an important step for the company’s future journey. We hope these decisions will enable Pertamina to achieve even better performance and accomplishments going forward,” Iriawan said.
