Pertamina Patra Niaga's Strategy to Secure Peak Return Flow for Eid al-Fitr 2026
JAKARTA - Pertamina Patra Niaga has ensured that its services can meet the public’s surging demand for fuel (BBM) during the peak return flow of Eid al-Fitr 2026. Additional services have also been prepared. Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that the company has readied 7,885 fuel stations equipped with facilities such as prayer rooms, toilets, and rest areas. These stations are focused on high-mobility routes, including toll roads, tourist routes, and main cross-country paths. In addition, 6,777 Pertashops will support Pertamina Patra Niaga’s energy infrastructure in remote areas. “This is part of our commitment to maintaining the smooth flow of the Eid return traffic, ensuring that the public’s journeys remain safe, smooth, and comfortable,” he said in a written statement on Saturday (28/3/2026). These services ensure availability at crowded points that lack fuel stations. The additional services make it easier for the public to obtain fuel quickly without straying far from the main travel routes. He added that the company has also deployed 200 units of Motorist Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS) on the main return flow routes. The public can easily access this Motorist Pertamina service through the Pertamina Contact Center at 135 or via the MyPertamina app. After making a request, the motorist will head to the customer’s location to assist with direct fuel filling, allowing the journey to continue without significant interruptions. “Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures that all energy services, from regular fuel stations, Modular fuel stations, Pertamina Siaga Kiosks, to Motorist PDS, can be easily accessed by the public,” he stated.
