Pertamina Patra Niaga's PINDEX 2026 Successfully Held
Pertamina Patra Niaga successfully organised the Pertamina Patra Niaga Infrastructure Downstream Experience (PINDEX) 2026, which took place from 3–5 June 2026 at ICE BSD Hall 10, Tangerang. Over the three-day event, PINDEX 2026 recorded approximately 3,800 visitors, including members of the Pertamina Group, industry players, business partners, academics, students, and the general public.
PINDEX 2026 served as a space for collaboration and knowledge exchange between energy infrastructure managers, strategic partners, technology owners, and facility developers. Through this activity, participants were able to explore various products, innovations, and the latest technologies capable of supporting the increased reliability of downstream energy facilities and infrastructure.
The Director of Downstream Optimisation and Distribution at Pertamina Patra Niage, Hari Purnomo, stated that the enthusiasm of visitors and participants demonstrates the importance of a collaborative forum that brings together various parties within the downstream infrastructure ecosystem.
“PINDEX 2026 is a platform for collaboration and sharing sessions between partners, technology owners, and facility developers, allowing us to collaborate on how these advancements impact downstream infrastructure,” said Hari.
As a downstream subholding, Pertamina Patra Niaga manages an integrated energy infrastructure scope, ranging from processing facilities and terminals to energy distribution networks for the public. Consequently, technological updates and collaboration with partners are vital components in enhancing the company’s operational effectiveness, safety, and reliability.
Hari added that PINDEX 2026 received a positive response from various sectors. In addition to being attended by Pertamina employees and industry partners, the event also attracted academics, students, and members of the public interested in learning more about developments in downstream energy infrastructure technology.
“During the three days of the event, approximately 3,800 visitors attended and expressed their appreciation for this activity. It is hoped that PINDEX can be held consistently every year as a space to share information, update technological insights, and create collaborations between companies so that the downstream infrastructure industry can continue to grow,” explained Hari.
The benefits of hosting PINDEX 2026 were directly felt by visitors. Wulan, a visitor from Jakarta, noted that the event provided opportunities to gain insights, expand networks, and familiarise oneself with various business partners and companies operating in the energy infrastructure sector.
“We are here to increase our relations, insights, and connections. The hope is that moving forward, we can certainly gain more connections and relationships,” said Wulan.
Similarly, Nanda, another visitor from Jakarta, remarked that PINDEX 2026 helped visitors obtain information regarding various materials, products, and innovations currently developing that could be applied to Pertamina projects.
“In my opinion, it is very beneficial for those of us involved in Pertamina projects. We can learn more about the materials and innovations that are currently trending,” Nanda expressed.
From the perspective of an exhibitor, Edi Prasaja appreciated Pertamina Patra Niaga’s initiative in presenting PINDEX 2026.
“We are very grateful to Pertamina for having the initiative to hold this event. We see this event as very effective for us. Firstly, we can directly meet the consumers who require these services,” said Edi.
PINDEX 2026 featured 73 companies and brands from the technology and energy infrastructure sectors, alongside national and international strategic partners. In addition to the product and technology exhibition, the event also hosted 21 conference sessions with experts discussing technological developments, project management, safety, digitalisation, and downstream energy infrastructure innovation.
Through PINDEX 2026, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to expand collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver innovations that support operational reliability, energy security, and the development of modern and sustainable downstream infrastructure.
