Pertamina Patra Niaga successfully held the Pertamina Patra Niaga Infrastructure Downstream Experience (PINDEX) 2026, which took place from 3–5 June 2026 at ICE BSD Hall 10, Tangerang. Over the three days, PINDEX 2026 recorded approximately 3,800 visitors from the Pertamina Group, industry players, business partners, academics, students, and the general public. PINDEX 2026 became a space for collaboration and knowledge exchange between energy infrastructure managers, strategic partners, technology owners, and facility development companies. Through this activity, participants could get to know various products, innovations, and the latest technologies that can support increased reliability of downstream energy facilities and infrastructure. Pertamina Patra Niaga’s Director of Downstream and Distribution Optimisation, Hari Purnomo, said the enthusiasm of visitors and participants demonstrated the importance of a collaborative forum that brings together various parties in the downstream infrastructure ecosystem. “PINDEX 2026 is a forum for collaboration and sharing sessions between partners, technology owners, and facility developers, so we can collaborate on the impact on downstream infrastructure,” said Hari. As the Downstream Subholding, Pertamina Patra Niaga has an integrated scope of energy infrastructure management, from processing facilities and terminals to energy distribution infrastructure to the public. Therefore, technological updates and collaboration with partners are an important part of improving the company’s operational effectiveness, safety, and reliability. Hari added that PINDEX 2026 received a positive response from various groups. Besides being attended by Pertamina officers and industry partners, this activity also attracted the attention of academics, students, and the public who wanted to understand more about the development of downstream energy infrastructure technology. “Over the three days, around 3,800 visitors came and gave appreciation for this activity. It is hoped that PINDEX can be held consistently every year as a space to share information, update technological insights, and create collaboration between companies so that the downstream infrastructure industry can continue to develop,” explained Hari. The benefits of holding PINDEX 2026 were also felt directly by visitors. Wulan, a visitor from Jakarta, assessed that this activity opened up opportunities to gain insights, expand networks, and get to know various business partners and companies engaged in the energy infrastructure sector. “Here we also want to add networks and insights, and also connections here. The hope for the future is certainly that we can get more connections and also relationships,” said Wulan. A similar sentiment was conveyed by Nanda, a visitor from Jakarta.
