Pertamina Patra Niaga Wins Impact Commitment Award at Investortrust CSR Awards 2026
Pertamina Patra Niaga has won the Impact Commitment Award at the INVESTORTRUST CSR Awards 2026 held in Jakarta on Thursday (27/8). The award recognises the company’s various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes designed to benefit communities.
Pertamina Patra Niaga’s CSR programmes are developed by understanding the conditions and needs of each operational area. They range from community economic empowerment and capacity building to support for disaster-affected communities. Each programme is implemented so that its benefits can be felt and sustained.
Representing the company, Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary Roberth MV Dumatubun said the recognition serves as encouragement for the company to continue running CSR programmes for the Indonesian people.
“This award is certainly a spur for Pertamina Patra Niaga. We are always committed to being one of the companies under the Pertamina Group operating in the energy sector and also committed to implementing CSR, particularly in Indonesia,” said Roberth.
Roberth added that Pertamina Patra Niaga’s CSR implementation also includes support for communities facing disasters, both in meeting basic needs and assisting the recovery of affected communities.
“Some time ago we know that a disaster occurred in Northern Sumatra. We not only provided assistance from the energy side, but also helped meet the needs of local communities, medical treatment, basic food supplies, and so on. We did the same during the earthquake disaster in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), including providing Psychological First Aid to affected communities, previously known as trauma healing,” he added.
Support for communities affected by flooding in Northern Sumatra and the earthquake in NTT included basic needs and health services. In NTT specifically, Pertamina Patra Niaga managed to reach remote areas of East Manggarai, namely Watu Hedok hamlet, which had not received aid since 15 August 2026. Meanwhile, in handling forest and land fires (karhutla) in Kalimantan and Sumatra, assistance in the form of masks, firefighting equipment, clean water, vitamins, and health packages was also distributed to affected communities and volunteers.
On the occasion, INVESTORTRUST CEO Primus Dorimulu, as the organiser, explained that the INVESTORTRUST CSR Awards 2026 prioritises proof of impact as a key differentiator in assessing corporate CSR implementation.
“It is no longer about the number of programmes carried out or how much funding was spent, but rather the real change produced, who benefits, how significant the impact is, how that impact is demonstrated, and whether the change can be sustained,” said Primus.
