Pertamina Patra Niaga Supports Energy Security through PINDEX 2026
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is supporting national energy security and independence by organising the Pertamina Patra Niaga Infrastructure Downstream Experience (PINDEX) 2026.
In a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday, the Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that PINDEX is an engineering downstream innovation forum. It brings together industry players, technology partners, academics, communities, and the public to closely examine developments in technology, infrastructure, and innovation within the downstream energy sector to support national energy resilience.
The event, which will take place from 3–5 June 2026 in Tangerang, Banten, is open to the public and accessible free of charge.
“PINDEX 2026 is presented as a space for collaboration and the exchange of insights regarding the future of Indonesia’s downstream energy through approaches involving innovation, technology, and engineering excellence,” said Roberth.
He added that PINDEX 2026 serves as a momentum to demonstrate how engineering innovation plays a strategic role in maintaining the sustainability of energy distribution while strengthening national energy security. “PINDEX 2026 is part of Pertamina Patra Niaga’s commitment to continuously driving engineering innovation in support of national energy security and independence,” he noted.
Through this forum, Roberth continued, the company aims to provide a collaborative space that brings together technology, innovation, and various stakeholders to collectively address future energy challenges. Through PINDEX 20 $ ext{6}$, Pertamina Patra Niaga will also showcase various downstream technology developments and innovations that reflect the spirit of operational excellence and energy business transformation.
A total of 73 companies and brands will participate in the inaugural PINDEX 2026, featuring 21 sessions led by experts in their respective fields. These participants include subsidiaries and affiliates of the Pertamina Group, industrial and digital technology companies, providers of automation, instrumentation, and control solutions, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) firms, energy equipment and infrastructure providers, and construction companies.
Additionally, the event will feature industrial facility maintenance companies, providers of health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) solutions, renewable energy and sustainability technology companies, logistics and supply chain solution providers, telecommunications and IT companies, as well as various national and international strategic partners involved in the development of downstream energy infrastructure.
“As a platform for collaboration, education, and the exploration of technology and innovation, PINDEX 2026 is open to the general public, industry players, academics, communities, students, and all energy stakeholders wishing to closely observe the progress of engineering innovation in Indonesia’s downstream sector,” concluded Roberth.
