Pertamina Patra Niaga Strengthens Lebaran Return Services for Travellers
Entering the peak of the Idulfitri 2026 return flow, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to strengthen its readiness to provide energy services for the public returning from their hometowns. Not only relying on its SPBU network, Pertamina Patra Niaga is also introducing various additional services to ensure that the public’s journeys remain smooth, safe, and comfortable.
Through the Ramadan and Idulfitri Task Force, Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures that all energy infrastructure is fully prepared. Nationally, 7,885 SPBUs have been prepared, with 2,074 SPBUs operating 24 hours, supported by 6,777 Pertashops reaching even remote areas.
The 24-hour SPBUs are focused on routes with high mobility, such as toll roads, tourist routes, and major cross-country paths. In addition to serving as fuel filling points, SPBUs also function as rest stops with facilities supporting travel comfort, such as prayer rooms, clean toilets, and rest areas.
To anticipate surges in demand at strategic points, Pertamina Patra Niaga is also introducing additional services in the form of Modular SPBUs and Pertamina Alert Kiosks.
These services ensure that energy availability remains maintained, even at crowded points that previously did not have SPBUs, providing ease of access for the public to obtain fuel quickly without having to stray far from the main travel routes.
As field service reinforcement, Pertamina Patra Niaga is also operating 200 units of Motorist Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS) positioned along the main return flow routes. This service reaches vehicles that run out of fuel mid-journey, especially at points with high potential for congestion or limited access to SPBUs.
The public can easily access the Motorist Pertamina service through the Pertamina Contact Centre 135 or via the MyPertamina application. After making a request, the motorist will head to the customer’s location to assist with direct fuel filling, allowing the journey to continue without significant interruptions.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, emphasised that service optimisation is carried out comprehensively, both in terms of main infrastructure and additional services.
“Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures that all energy services, from regular SPBUs, Modular SPBUs, Pertamina Alert Kiosks, to Motorist PDS, can be easily accessed by the public. This is part of our commitment to maintaining the smooth flow of the Lebaran return, so that the public’s journeys remain safe, smooth, and comfortable,” said Roberth.
For more information on energy services during the Ramadan and Idulfitri Task Force period in 2026, the public can download the MyPertamina application or contact the Pertamina Contact Centre 135, which is on standby 24 hours.
