PT Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to strengthen its role as the front line in energy service and security for communities across Indonesia. Corporate Secretary Roberth MV Dumatubun stated on Friday that throughout 2025, the company has maintained reliable energy supply nationwide while improving energy access for communities in frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged regions. He said this achievement results from the strong commitment of all company personnel, oriented towards public service to ensure energy is available, easily accessible, affordable, of high quality, and sustainable. “Pertamina Patra Niaga conducts energy supply operations by prioritising the 4A+1S principles: availability, accessibility, affordability, acceptability, and sustainability,” Roberth said. The company’s efforts to guarantee energy availability were also reflected in the implementation of the Ramadan and Idul Fitri as well as Christmas and New Year Task Forces, which ensured that supplies of fuel, LPG, and avtur remained secure during periods of peak public mobility. Round-the-clock monitoring and cross-agency coordination were key to maintaining smooth national energy distribution. During emergencies and disasters, Pertamina Patra Niaga consistently ensures community energy needs are met. Distribution support via land, sea, and air is carried out in an integrated manner with the government, the Indonesian National Armed Forces/National Police, regional governments, and all stakeholders to safeguard national energy security in various situations. To support energy equity, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to expand energy access through the One Price Fuel programme, now present at 588 points across Indonesia. The company also operates 421 fishermen’s filling stations to support fisheries sector productivity and strengthen the economic resilience of coastal communities. Furthermore, the company continues to reinforce national energy infrastructure, currently supported by more than 125 fuel terminals, thousands of filling stations, 40 LPG terminals, 72 aircraft refuelling depots, pipeline networks, tanker truck fleets, ship fleets, and air transport support spread throughout Indonesia.  During 2025, Roberth said Pertamina Patra Niaga has continued to increase the capacity of fuel terminals and strategic storage facilities, particularly in eastern Indonesia and areas with high energy consumption growth. The development of the Maumere fuel terminal, which began in mid-2025, is intended to improve operational reliability, especially in the East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, and surrounding areas. The company also carried out commissioning for the first phase of the Tanjung Batu fuel terminal construction, aimed at improving distribution reliability in Kalimantan and surrounding areas. The targeted fuel and LPG subsidy programme continues to be strengthened through digital system integration, making subsidy distribution more accurate, transparent, and precisely targeted to eligible communities. This step is an important part of strengthening national energy distribution governance through the implementation of the Targeted Subsidy programme, now applied in 513 regencies/cities. In line with the national energy transition agenda, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to expand the use of more environmentally friendly energy. By 2025, Pertamax Green 95 service is available at 180 filling stations and will continue to be expanded to provide lower-emission energy choices for the public. Bioenergy development, including support for sustainable aviation fuel, is part of the company’s strategic measures to support national energy transition targets and maintain long-term energy security. On the social aspect, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to run various social and environmental responsibility programmes focused on community economic empowerment, environmental conservation, education, health, and micro, small, and medium enterprise development. These programmes are designed to create sustainable benefits and support regional development around the company’s operational areas. “Going forward, Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to strengthen its role as an energy distribution and trading company that is not only oriented towards business performance but also provides tangible contributions to society. We are committed to maintaining national energy security, expanding equitable energy access, and supporting Indonesia’s sustainable development,” Roberth said.
