Pertamina Patra Niaga RU IV Cilacap Opens Tender for Air Compressor Plant

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Refinery Unit (RU) IV Cilacap has opened an open tender for the work of adding an air compressor utilities plant for Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) facilities. This opportunity is open to prospective bidders with the status of Registered Supplier List (DPT)/registered vendors within the Pertamina environment as well as non-DPT vendors not yet registered in the company’s system.

For prospective bidders with DPT/registered vendor status, the registration process is conducted through the website https://ptm.id/daftarGEPSMART by logging in using a SMART GEP account user ID that has been activated. If the account is not yet active, the company may request activation through email to [email protected] and [email protected], with copies to [email protected]; [email protected]; and [email protected].

Participants are also asked to ensure that the company’s email address registered in the Pertamina system remains active for smooth communication and notification of the tender process.

After successfully logging in, participants can select the Manage RFX menu, then select the job title with code 26.0085759. Qualification assessment documents can be downloaded through the Guidelines/Attachment section of the system.

Meanwhile, for prospective bidders with non-DPT/non-SKT status or vendors not yet registered at Pertamina, the process begins with registration through the same website, then selecting the register menu and filling in all mandatory data on the registration form. After the registration process is declared successful, participants can proceed to the next stages according to the procedures applicable to DPT/registered vendors.
