Pertamina Patra Niaga Reshuffles Board: Vice President's Special Staff and Deputy Minister Among New Commissioners
JAKARTA — Shareholders of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga have officially reshuffled the board of commissioners and company directors at a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
At the meeting, shareholders appointed Tina Talisa as one of the commissioners of Pertamina's commercial subsidiary. Tina Talisa currently serves as Special Staff to Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Prior to this role, she was spokesperson for the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/Investment Coordinating Agency (BKPM) during the tenure of Bahlil Lahadalia as minister.
Shareholders also appointed Sundung Situmorang as President Commissioner. Situmorang previously held the position of Secretary to the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office.
Siti Zahra Aghnia, wife of Muhammad Arief Rosyid Hasan — Commander of the Prabowo-Gibran Young Voter National Campaign Team (TKN) — was appointed as Independent Commissioner.
Ahmad Erani Yustika, Secretary of the National Energy Downstream and Resilience Task Force, was also appointed as commissioner. The commissioner's chair was additionally given to Ferry Juliantono, who serves as Deputy Minister of Cooperatives. Panel Barus, Deputy for Cooperative Business Development at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, also took a commissioner position alongside Rini Widyastuti and Andy Rachmianto.
Pertamina Patra Niaga had previously announced its board of directors. Mars Ega Legowo, who formerly held the status of acting President Director, has now been confirmed as President Director, replacing Riva Siahaan who became embroiled in a corruption case. The deputy president director position is now held by former Director General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Achmad Muchtasyar.
Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary Heppy Wulansari said the company supports the shareholders' policies and decisions. "It is hoped that this new arrangement can bring positive changes and improve services for the community," said Heppy on Thursday, 10 July.
