PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jawa Bagian Barat (West Java) held an online socialisation for the Ramadan and Eid Holiday Task Force (RAFI) 2026 for the Bandung and East Priangan regions on Tuesday, 10 March. The activity aims to ensure Pertamina’s preparedness for increased public mobility during the Eid holiday period.

Sales Branch Manager (SBM) Bandung IV Fuel Faishal Fahd stated that additional services have been prepared during the RAFI task force period, including 10 packaged fuel motorists, 218 Bright Gas dispensers, modular petrol stations on Sumedang and Cisumdawu toll roads, petrol stations in the Pangandaran tourism area, 8 mobile storage points, and 3 Mini Serambi MyPertamina outlets in Bandung and Pangandaran districts.

“Pertamina also conducts periodic quality and quantity monitoring of fuel whilst presenting Ramadan programmes such as MyPertamina promotions and free breaking-of-fast distribution at several petrol stations. During the RAFI task force, Pertamina not only ensures energy availability but also guarantees the quality and quantity of products distributed to customers,” he said.

According to him, Pertamina also provides various additional services supporting public convenience during travel, including modular petrol stations on Sumedang and Cisumdawu toll roads, pocket petrol stations in West Java areas, and three mini lounges in Bandung and Pangandaran districts.

“Additional facilities to support homecoming travellers include massage chairs, pedicure services and free breaking-of-fast meals so that travellers can rest comfortably during their journey,” he stated.

Fuel Terminal (FT) Manager Bandung, Debbi Juliana Harahap added that the fuel supply in the Bandung region is sourced from FT Ujung Berung and FT Padalarang, with distribution mitigation to anticipate increased demand in tourism areas such as Lembang, Ciwidey, Sumedang, and Bandung City.

“As part of the RAFI 2026 task force, FT Bandung has prepared various anticipatory measures to ensure reliable energy distribution in West Java. With support from two main operational locations at Ujung Berung and Padalarang, as well as integrated supply through pipelines from Cilacap Refinery, we are confident that the public’s fuel needs can be adequately met,” Debbi said.

Meanwhile, Fuel Terminal (FT) Manager Tasikmalaya Teuku Kiki Jovan emphasised FT Tasikmalaya’s readiness to support task force operations by ensuring health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) aspects, tanker truck availability, and 24-hour operational readiness.

“FT Tasikmalaya is ready to provide full support during the task force period by ensuring optimal HSSE aspects, maintaining tanker truck reliability through regular maintenance and inspections, and preparing operational support and contingencies to anticipate disaster-prone areas. All operations are on standby 24 hours to ensure energy distribution continues to run smoothly,” he said.

Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional West Java, Susanto August Satria assured that energy supply during the RAFI period will be continuously maintained and updated daily.

“I ensure that fuel supply is secure and will be continuously updated daily, so the public need not engage in panic buying. I also urge homecoming travellers to refuel before entering toll roads or before their vehicle tanks are empty,” he concluded.
