Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional JBB Ensures Infrastructure Readiness for Smooth Energy Distribution
To ensure infrastructure readiness and operational needs fulfilment in support of smooth energy distribution to the public, Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jawa Bagian Barat (JBB) received a visit from the Independent Commissioner of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga as part of the Management Walkthrough (MWT) to review the reliability of operational facilities and equipment at the Integrated Terminal (IT) Jakarta, North Jakarta, on Monday (6/4). The event was attended by Independent Commissioner of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Prabunindya Revta Revolusi, Deputy Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Taufik Aditiyawarman, Director of Infrastructure, Projects and Asset Integrity of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Setyo Pitoyo, and General Head of Operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional JBB Zaenal Agus Syukur. Deputy Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Taufik Aditiyawarman, explained the importance of strengthening energy distribution infrastructure to support service reliability and ensure the public’s energy needs are met optimally. “This review reaffirms the importance of strengthening distribution infrastructure to ensure energy supply runs faster, safer, and more reliably. We also fully support the development of infrastructure at IT Jakarta to enhance the reliability of energy distribution to the public,” he stated. Independent Commissioner of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Prabunindya Revta Revolusi, emphasised the company’s commitment to maintaining energy supply resilience for the public. “Through this opportunity, we are coordinating with all functions at the Integrated Terminal Jakarta (ITJ), given that this terminal plays a crucial role in distributing around 30% of the energy supply to the public. Therefore, we are ensuring that distribution, storage, and operational reliability aspects are continuously strengthened to support national energy resilience moving forward,” she clarified. Meanwhile, General Head of Operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional JBB, Zaenal Agus Syukur, stated that the availability of fuel oil (BBM), particularly in the JBB region, remains stable. Pertamina will continue to strive to enhance the ease and smoothness of energy distribution in the JBB region to ensure the public’s needs remain fulfilled. “The availability of BBM, especially in western Java, remains stable at present. We continue to ensure smooth energy distribution so that the public’s needs remain met. Therefore, we urge the public to use energy more wisely and remain calm without engaging in panic buying, as the BBM supply will continue to be maintained,” he added.
