Pertamina Patra Niaga Prepared to Serve Public Needs at Rest Area KM 57 Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road
Karawang – As a rest area serving high traffic volumes on the Jakarta–Cikampek toll road, Rest Area KM 57 is confirmed ready to meet fuel needs and provide free MyPertamina Lounge facilities for travellers resting during their journeys.
Service readiness has been directly monitored by Pertamina Patra Niaga’s Main Commissioner Sabar Yudo Suroso, together with Independent Commissioner Prabunindya Revta Revolusi, and Director of Logistics Fleet Arif Yunianto, on Monday 9 March.
During the inspection, Pertamina Patra Niaga’s commissioners and directors directly engaged with customers at the Pertamina fuel station at Rest Area KM 57, whilst reviewing energy service readiness, the free MyPertamina Lounge facility, and verifying the availability of modular fuel units deployed as an additional solution for fuel distribution at locations with high queuing potential.
Prabunindya Revta Revolusi, Independent Commissioner of Pertamina Patra Niaga, stated that the inspection was conducted to ensure Pertamina Patra Niaga’s operational readiness in serving the public.
“Today we are conducting an inspection to ensure readiness for Ramadan and Eid. At Rest Area KM 57’s fuel station, all stocks are secure, so there is no need to panic. All products have been prepared for the public so they can safely reach their destinations,” Prabu said.
Prabu added that Pertamina Patra Niaga has also prepared various contingency measures to manage potential fuel consumption surges on the main toll route, including deploying two modular Pertamax fuel units near Rest Area KM 57 fuel station with 3,000-litre capacity.
Additionally, mobile fuel services at Rest Area KM 57 are on standby to assist motorists experiencing fuel shortages on the toll route, enabling fuel delivery and smooth resumption of travel.
“Fuel stock availability is entirely secure. Even at the busiest locations, we have prepared several alternatives, such as modular units here to distribute queues. If there are many queues at the fuel station, we can direct vehicles to modular fuel points like this to prevent congestion. We have even prepared mobile fuel services in case the public faces difficulties on the road,” he added.
Beyond ensuring smooth energy distribution, the commissioners and directors also reviewed additional Pertamina services, namely the free MyPertamina Lounge facility provided for the public to rest comfortably.
“There are several additional facilities prepared such as the MyPertamina Lounge, so people can rest if they are tired. Drivers who are exhausted should not be forced to continue – rest here first. There are facilities for manicure and pedicure services for women, a barber service for men, and a play area for children. Everything is free, so the public can travel for the holidays with peace of mind and arrive safely at their destinations,” Prabu concluded.
