Pertamina Patra Niaga: MyPertamina Drives National Energy Digital Ecosystem
Jakarta — PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has announced that its MyPertamina application has proven instrumental in advancing the national energy digital ecosystem, earning the Digital Innovation Awards 2026.
Tenny Elfrida, Director of Transformation, Digitalisation, and Sustainability at Pertamina Patra Niaga, stated in Jakarta on Sunday that the award represents appreciation for the company’s ongoing digital transformation journey in energy services.
“This award motivates Pertamina Patra Niaga to continue improving services to the public through digitalisation, so that energy services become increasingly accessible, transparent, and well-targeted,” she said.
At the ceremony, MyPertamina received the Digital Innovation in Business Transformation award in the category of Excellence in National Energy Digital Ecosystem Transformation. The award was presented directly by Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Correctional Affairs Yusril Ihza Mahendra to Tenny Elfrida in Jakarta on Friday (22 May 2026).
Elfrida elaborated that through MyPertamina, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to develop various digital service innovations, ranging from implementation of targeted subsidy programmes, digitalisation of national cashless transactions, development of an energy super-app, to end-to-end operational data integration.
These initiatives are expected to strengthen energy distribution governance whilst enhancing customer experience.
MyPertamina received the award for its success in transforming national energy services through integrated digital innovation, including the utilisation of artificial intelligence, big data, and the internet of things (IoT).
This transformation is part of Pertamina Patra Niaga’s efforts as the Downstream Sub-holding to strengthen energy services that are more modern, efficient, transparent, and responsive to public needs.
Elfrida further stated that MyPertamina will continue to be developed as an energy services platform capable of delivering broader benefits to society.
The digital transformation undertaken also forms part of Pertamina Patra Niaga’s commitment to supporting a strengthened national energy ecosystem that is smarter, more inclusive, and sustainable.
“We hope that MyPertamina will continue to evolve and provide greater benefits to society, whilst supporting a more modern and sustainable national energy transition,” Elfrida noted.
Angela Tanoesoedibjo, CEO of iNews Media Group, stated that the Digital Innovation Awards 2026 represents appreciation for companies and institutions capable of presenting innovation, digital transformation, and technological breakthroughs that have a positive impact on Indonesian society.
