Pertamina Patra Niaga Inspects Palembang Petrol Stations to Ensure Optimal Service

Pertamina Patra Niaga has confirmed that services to the public in Palembang are running optimally, with the implementation of the Targeted Subsidy Programme ensuring energy distribution reaches the right recipients. President Director Mars Ega Legowo Putra conducted a direct inspection of services at SPBU 23.301.34 Noerdin Pandji and SPBU 23.301.29 Kebun Bunga (Simpang Bandara) in Palembang on Wednesday. He observed the QR Code-based targeted distribution process for subsidised diesel and spoke with truck drivers refuelling to gather direct feedback on the service.

Mars Ega stated that the field visit is part of Pertamina Patra Niaga’s commitment to ensuring the public receives the best service and that subsidised diesel is distributed to those entitled to it. Nationally, the Targeted Subsidy Programme has recorded over 3.9 million registered diesel vehicles and more than 12 million registered Pertalite vehicles as of 22 July.

As part of efforts to improve service quality, Pertamina Patra Niaga, in synergy with the South Sumatra Provincial Government, is strengthening subsidised diesel distribution in Palembang. Executive General Manager for the Sumbagsel region, Alexander Susilo, noted that 13 petrol stations in Palembang now serve subsidised diesel 24 hours a day. Additionally, eight stations provide night-time refuelling services from 9 pm to 5 am to help reduce queues and facilitate goods transport vehicles operating at night. Susilo confirmed that fuel supplies remain secure to ensure optimal service across all stations.
