Pertamina Patra Niaga Increases LPG Cylinder Supply by 9 Million During Idul Adha Holiday

To meet increased demand during the extended Idul Adha 1447 H holiday period, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has increased national distribution of 3kg LPG cylinders by nine million units to ensure public energy needs are met. The additional 3kg LPG cylinders are being rolled out progressively across Indonesia, factoring in consumption trends and anticipated higher demand during the holiday period. Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, said the increase in distribution reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining stock resilience and ensuring smooth energy supply, particularly for subsidized LPG for eligible citizens. “Pertamina Patra Niaga has increased the national distribution of 9 million 3kg LPG cylinders during the extended Idul Adha holiday. This measure is to anticipate higher public demand while ensuring subsidized LPG remains available and accessible,” said Roberth. He added that Pertamina Patra Niaga is coordinating with local governments, Hiswana Migas, agents, and LPG distribution points to ensure optimal and targeted delivery. “We urge the public to purchase 3kg LPG from official Pertamina outlets, as stocks are guaranteed to be available in line with the government-set maximum retail price (HET). We also advise consumers to buy according to their needs and avoid panic buying,” he added. In addition to increasing distribution, Pertamina Patra Niaga is closely monitoring LPG supply and has deployed distribution services throughout the holiday period to ensure public energy needs are met.
