Pertamina Patra Niaga Holds Cheap Grocery Programme, Donates 100% of Sales to NTT Earthquake Victims
Pertamina Patra Niaga is holding a Discounted Staple Food Package for Disaster Relief programme as a show of support for communities in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) affected by the earthquake. A total of 8,100 staple food packages have been prepared, and 100 per cent of the proceeds from their sale will be donated to assist those impacted by the disaster in NTT.
The Discounted Purchase programme is being held on 16–17 August 2026 as part of the MyPertamina Pesta Rakyat series of events. Of the 8,100 packages prepared, 2,100 are available in Jakarta through the MyPertamina Pesta Rakyat event at Hutan Kota GBK, while 750 packages each are available in Medan, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Makassar and Maluku.
Vice President of Corporate Communication at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Kitty Andhora, said that each staple food package contains 5 kg of rice, 1 kg of granulated sugar, 1 litre of cooking oil and one 155-gram tin of sardines. The packages can be purchased for Rp100,000.
Through this programme, Pertamina Patra Niaga is inviting the public to help their fellow citizens in NTT who are facing difficult times due to the earthquake. Members of the public can participate by purchasing the staple food packages while also providing a benefit to those affected, as all proceeds from the sales will be donated to support their needs.
“We express our deepest sympathy and concern to the people of NTT affected by the earthquake. Through this programme, we want to invite the public to help together. Each package purchased is not only a basic necessity for the community, but also part of the support for our brothers and sisters in NTT. All proceeds from the sales will be donated to help those affected by the disaster,” she said.
In addition to the Discounted Purchase programme, Pertamina Patra Niaga is also distributing assistance through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme to support the needs of communities affected by the NTT earthquake.
Members of the public can take part in the Discounted Staple Food Package for NTT Disaster Relief programme on 16–17 August 2026 at the designated locations, while supplies last.
