Now, the public can begin their career journey at Pertamina via the latest feature in the MyPertamina app, which provides access to the Pertamina Talent Candidate Recruitment Programme.

Through this integration, the candidate search and registration process becomes easier, faster, and more transparent. This initiative is part of Pertamina’s digital transformation in expanding job opportunities while netting the best talents from across Indonesia.

The Pertamina Talent Candidate Recruitment Programme is designed as a platform for individuals with potential and competence to join and develop alongside Pertamina. With the arrival of this feature in the MyPertamina app, prospective applicants can access official recruitment information directly on a trusted single platform.

Now, there are two ways to access the Pertamina Talent Candidate Recruitment: first, via the official website recruitment.pertamina.com, and second, through the MyPertamina app.

Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that the digitalisation of this recruitment process is a strategic step in increasing engagement with the younger generation and creating a more inclusive recruitment ecosystem.
