PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, the Downstream Subholding, ensures the reliability of national energy distribution by considering societal needs dynamics and global geopolitical developments that influence the energy sector. The President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Mars Ega Legowo, stated that various anticipatory measures have been prepared to maintain supply reliability amid global dynamics.
“We continue to intensively monitor global situation developments and ensure that the entire distribution system, including the logistics fleet and infrastructure, operates optimally so that energy supplies can be maintained,” he said in an official statement.
In supporting this distribution, Pertamina Patra Niaga optimises the role of the vessel fleet as the main connector between energy distribution points, from refineries, terminals, to strategic supply points throughout the Archipelago.
Currently, the company operates 345 vessels, both owned and leased, which form the backbone of cross-regional energy distribution. This fleet supports the distribution of various products, such as fuels, LPG, aviation turbine fuel, and other energies, ensuring safe, timely distribution reaching all regions from west to east Indonesia.
In addition, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to coordinate with the government and stakeholders as part of its commitment to maintaining national energy resilience amid dynamic global situations. All distribution processes are also carried out with strict HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) standards to ensure operational safety while maintaining energy supply reliability.
