Pertamina Patra Niaga enhances services and comfort at 1,802 fuel stations

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is enhancing services and comfort at 1,802 public fuel filling stations (SPBU) spread across Indonesia through the Retail Make Over programme.

Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated in Jakarta on Thursday that this programme represents a strategic step by the company to deliver the best experiences for customers in terms of facilities, comfort, and service standards.

“Up to now, we have carried out Retail Make Over at 1,802 SPBU, distributed across various operational regions,” he said.

Roberth detailed the distribution as follows: 211 SPBU in North Sumatra, 194 in South Sumatra, 558 in West Java, 208 in Central Java, 295 in East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara, 118 in Kalimantan, 165 in Sulawesi, and 53 in Papua and Maluku.

The Retail Make Over programme encompasses various improvements, from updating the physical appearance of the SPBU, organising more modern and tidy refuelling areas, to enhancing supporting facilities such as waiting areas, toilet cleanliness, lighting, and digital payment services.

Additionally, elevating the service standards of operators is a primary focus to ensure a friendlier and more professional customer experience.

Roberth conveyed that this SPBU transformation is part of the company’s efforts to provide energy services that are not only reliable but also comfortable for the public.

“The Retail Make Over programme is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to improving service quality at Pertamina SPBU. We want to ensure that every customer receives the best experience, from ease of access and facility comfort to excellent service,” he said.

Through this initiative, Pertamina Patra Niaga hopes to continue strengthening public trust while supporting national energy mobility with increasingly better and high-class service standards.

In the future, according to Roberth, the programme will continue to be implemented gradually in various regions to ensure that all Pertamina SPBU meet the expectations of the public as loyal customers of Pertamina SPBU.
