Pertamina Patra Niaga distributes 2,031 sacrificial animals for Eid al-Adha
Pertamina Patra Niaga distributed 2,031 sacrificial animals to strengthen communal spirit and compassion during the 1447 Hijri Eid al-Adha celebrations. Corporate Secretary Roberth MV Dumatubun stated the animals comprised 1,001 cattle and 1,030 goats, distributed across various regions in Indonesia. The distribution took place in operational areas including the headquarters, regional offices, fuel terminals, LPG terminals, integrated terminals, aviation fuel terminals, and refineries. He added the initiative is part of the company’s commitment to providing social benefits and fostering harmonious relationships with communities near its operations. Roberth noted Eid al-Adha is a key moment to promote sincerity, togetherness, and social care. ‘The Eid al-Adha occasion teaches the importance of sharing and strengthening compassion for others. Through this distribution, Pertamina Patra Niaga aims to deliver tangible benefits to communities and reinforce harmonious ties with surrounding areas,’ he said. The activity involved Pertamina Patra Niaga’s Islamic Dakwah Body (BDI) and was conducted with local mosques, foundations, and social agencies. Meat distribution occurred between 27 and 29 May 2026 for those in need across various regions. Roberth added the company is grateful to distribute sacrificial animals even to challenging and remote operational areas, ensuring wider community benefit. Alongside ensuring optimal energy distribution during Eid al-Adha, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues sustainable social programs as part of its corporate social responsibility. ‘Through this Eid al-Adha occasion, Pertamina Patra Niaga hopes the spirit of togetherness, solidarity, and social care continues to grow and benefit communities nationwide,’ Roberth said.
