Pertamina Patra Niaga is ready to meet the energy needs of the public during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr period in 2026. This was communicated at the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr Task Force (Satgas) press conference of PT Pertamina (Persero) at the Grha Pertamina Ballroom, Jakarta, on Tuesday, 3 March.

Under the banner ‘Energy for Steps Forward with Full Hope’, Pertamina Patra Niaga assured preparedness for the Mudik season with four service pillars: energy services, regional service attention, promotional programmes, and the preparation of additional services for the community.

To ensure smooth distribution, all infrastructure has been placed on standby, including 7,885 SPBU petrol stations, of which 2,074 are 24-hour stations, and 6,777 Pertashop for fuel. For household activities, 6,662 LPG agents are provided, of which 6,300 are 24-hour standby agents, 757 SPBE, and 223 kerosene agents.

On potential routes such as toll roads, tourist routes, and major cross-country routes, Pertamina Patra Niaga has prepared 24-hour petrol stations, 96 modular fuel services, and 62 Pertamina Siaga kiosks at 64 locations, and 200 tanker units on standby as fuel supply reserves.

Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV. Dumatubun, in the press conference explained that the strengthening of service is achieved through flexible additional service schemes.

‘We place modular units in several nearby points or even at SPBU locations, so if there is a surge in consumption, there is no need to wait for transit from the terminal to the SPBU. The modular units become an alternative SPBU for routes where the number of SPBU is not too large,’ Roberth said.

In addition to securing energy supply, Pertamina Patra Niaga also introduced 41 Serambi MyPertamina units at rest areas, tourist routes, airports, and ports, as free rest areas complete with facilities such as prayer rooms, a mini clinic and medical check, kids corner, massage chairs, barbershop, food and drinks, money exchange services, and even skin checks and sunscreen dispensers for travellers.

‘Energy for steps forward with full hope reflects that Pertamina Patra Niaga brings the spirit to stop by, not only at SPBU to refuel, but also to stop with facilities for worship and rest,’ added Roberth.

As part of the additional services, Pertamina Patra Niaga has also prepared an on-road delivery service (PDS) for BBM operating on busy routes, including toll roads, to assist the public in emergencies such as running out of fuel during travel. In addition, ambulances will be stationed at Serambi MyPertamina locations, free porter services at several airports, and free towing and service cars to help travellers.

‘The body must not only be healthy, but appearance should be glowing; the vehicle must be healthy too. So we have prepared free towing and service cars to ensure vehicles are ready to continue their journey,’ concluded Roberth.

With all these preparations, Pertamina Patra Niaga is committed to ensuring the energy and the journey of travellers during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 2026 are safe and smooth. For more information on services and energy needs during the Satgas period, the public can download the MyPertamina app or contact the Pertamina Contact Center 135, which is on standby 24 hours.
