Pertamina Patra Niaga Conducts Makeover on 1,802 Fuel Stations to Enhance Comfort and Service
Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to commit to enhancing service quality for the public through the Retail Make Over programme at Pertamina fuel stations across Indonesia. This programme serves as a strategic step by the company to deliver the best customer experience, encompassing facilities, comfort, and service standards.
To date, Pertamina Patra Niaga has implemented the Retail Make Over at 1,802 fuel stations spread across various operational regions. The distribution includes North Sumatra (211 stations), South Sumatra (194 stations), West Java (558 stations), Central Java (208 stations), East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara (295 stations), Kalimantan (118 stations), Sulawesi (165 stations), and Papua and Maluku (53 stations).
The Retail Make Over programme encompasses various enhancements, from updating the physical appearance of the fuel stations, organising refuelling areas in a more modern and tidy manner, to improving supporting facilities such as waiting areas, toilet cleanliness, lighting, and payment digitalisation services. Additionally, elevating operator service standards is a primary focus to ensure a more friendly and professional customer experience.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that this fuel station transformation is part of the company’s efforts to provide energy services that are not only reliable but also comfortable for the public.
“The Retail Make Over represents our tangible commitment to improving service quality at Pertamina fuel stations. We want to ensure that every customer receives the best experience, from ease of access and facility comfort to excellent service,” he said.
Through this initiative, Pertamina Patra Niaga hopes to continue strengthening public trust while supporting national energy mobility with increasingly better and high-class service standards.
