Pertamina Patra Niaga’s CEO, Mars Ega Legowo Putra, conducted a direct inspection of services at SPBU 23.301.34 Noerdin Pandji and SPBU 23.301.29 Kebun Bunga in Palembang on Wednesday (22/7). The inspection aimed to ensure public services were running optimally while reviewing the implementation of the Targeted Subsidy Programme for energy distribution.

During the visit, Mars Ega inspected the distribution process for subsidised Biosolar via the QR Code-based Targeted Subsidy Programme. He also spoke with truck drivers who were refuelling to hear first-hand consumer experiences and feedback regarding the service at the stations.

Mars Ega stated that the field presence is part of Pertamina Patra Niaga’s commitment to ensuring the public receives the best service and that energy subsidies are distributed to those entitled. “We want to ensure that people entitled to subsidised Biosolar receive comfortable service. That is why we are present in the field to review the service, listen to consumer input, and ensure the Targeted Subsidy Programme runs smoothly,” he said in a press statement on Thursday (23/7/2026).

As of 22 July 2026, the national implementation of the Targeted Subsidy Programme has recorded more than 3.9 million registered subsidised Biosolar vehicles, while over 12 million vehicles have registered for subsidised Pertalite. The programme aims to ensure that subsidised fuel distribution is precisely targeted.

In a bid to improve service quality, Pertamina Patra Niaga, together with the South Sumatra Provincial Government, continues to strengthen the distribution of subsidised Biosolar in the Palembang area. Executive General Manager of Pertamina Patra Niaga for the Sumbagsel Region, Alexander Susilo, noted that 13 fuel stations in Palembang now serve subsidised Biosolar 24 hours a day. Additionally, eight stations provide night-time Biosolar services from 9 PM to 5 AM to help reduce queues and facilitate freight vehicles operating at night.

“This service is the result of coordination and synergy with the South Sumatra Provincial Government as an effort to improve the quality of subsidised Biosolar services for the community. We also continue to ensure that fuel supplies are in a safe condition so that services at all fuel stations can run optimally,” Alexander explained. Through direct field monitoring, strengthening the Targeted Subsidy Programme, and synergy with local governments and stakeholders, Pertamina Patra Niaga reaffirms its commitment to maintaining reliable energy distribution and delivering the best service to the public.
