Now, the public can start their career journey at Pertamina via the latest feature on the MyPertamina app, which provides access to the Pertamina Talent Candidate Recruitment Programme.

Through this integration, the candidate search and registration process becomes easier, faster, and more transparent. This initiative is part of Pertamina’s digital transformation in expanding access to job opportunities while netting the best talents from across Indonesia.

Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that the digitalisation of this recruitment process is a strategic step in increasing engagement with the younger generation and creating a more inclusive recruitment ecosystem.

“By utilising the MyPertamina app, we aim to provide easy access for the public who wish to build a career at Pertamina. This also serves as our commitment to supporting national talent development through a transparent and integrated process,” said Roberth in a written statement, quoted Friday (8/5/2026).

The Pertamina Talent Candidate Recruitment Programme, according to Roberth, is designed as a platform for individuals with potential and competence to join and develop together with Pertamina. With the presence of this feature in the MyPertamina app, prospective applicants can access official recruitment information directly on a trusted single platform.

Now, there are two ways to access the Pertamina Talent Candidate Recruitment: first, through the official website recruitment.pertamina.com, and second, through the MyPertamina app.

Pertamina urges the public to always access recruitment information through official channels to avoid potential scams. All Pertamina recruitment processes do not incur any fees in any form.

Official recruitment information can be accessed via Instagram @pertaminacareer, and recruitment-related communications are only through the official email [email protected]. If there are any issues, ensure to always verify information through the Pertamina Contact Centre 135.
