Pertamina Opens 400 Internship Positions for Gen Z

PT Pertamina (Persero) has officially opened registration for its 2026 internship programme, targeting recent university graduates. This internship programme provides more than 400 positions spread across 21 entities within the Pertamina Group.

According to the official Pertamina Career Instagram account, registration is open from 1 to 5 July 2026 via the recruitment.pertamina.com website. The Pertamina Group Internship programme is designed to offer graduates the opportunity to gain professional work experience within the Pertamina Group environment.

The available positions cover various fields, including Finance, Audit Executive, Legal Counsel, Human Capital, Corporate Secretary, HSSE, Pertamina Digital Hub, Enterprise IT, SPPU, Logistics & Infrastructure, Asset Management, Risk Management, Shared Services, and more.

The programme involves 20 entities within the Pertamina Group, including PT Pertamina (Persero), Pertamina Patra Niaga, Pertamina Hulu Energi, Pertamina Hulu Rokan, PT Pertamina Internasional EP, Pertamina EP Cepu, Pertamina Gas, Pertamina Perta Arun Gas, and several other subsidiaries.

To apply, candidates can follow the registration steps by creating an account at recruitment.pertamina.com, completing 100 per cent of their personal data, opening the Job Vacancy menu, and then selecting the Internship category according to their preferred position.
