Pertamina Offers Free Emission Tests at 14 Fuel Stations in Jabodetabek, Here is the List
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is introducing a free emission testing programme for the public at several petrol stations in the Jabodetabek region through the “Wise Energy Use” campaign. Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated in Jakarta on Monday (11/5/2026) that the programme, in collaboration with the Environmental Agency, is part of the company’s efforts to promote public awareness of the importance of using quality fuel and maintaining vehicles to support better emissions and more efficient fuel use.
“Through this free emission testing programme, Pertamina Patra Niaga aims to encourage public awareness of the importance of maintaining vehicle performance and the quality of emissions produced. We hope this programme will provide real benefits to the public in using fuel wisely while supporting a better environment,” he said.
According to Roberth, the public simply needs to download the MyPertamina app and show a registered account to participate in the free emission testing service.
In addition to receiving a free emission test certificate, consumers also have the chance to obtain a MyPertamina e-voucher worth Rp25,000 and attractive merchandise directly.
Through this programme, Pertamina Patra Niaga also aims to encourage the public to routinely check their vehicles as a simple step in maintaining engine performance and supporting more responsible energy use.
The free emission testing programme is being held at 14 petrol stations in the Jabodetabek area, with the second phase scheduled for 23-24 May 2026 following the first phase on 9-10 May 2026.
“We are targeting as many as 7,000 vehicles in the Jabodetabek region through this emission test,” he said.
In the first period, held on 9-10 May 2026, the free emission testing service was available at seven Pertamina petrol station locations: SPBU 31.107.01 Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta; SPBU 34.125.08 Jagakarsa, South Jakarta; SPBU 31.124.02 Fatmawati 2, South Jakarta; SPBU 34.142.01 Boulevard Barat Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta; SPBU 31.137.01 Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta; SPBU 31.117.02 Daan Mogot, West Jakarta; and SPBU 31.153.02 BSD, South Tangerang.
All services are open from 09:00 to 21:00 WIB.
Pertamina Dex customer Andi, from Bintaro, said that using quality fuel has a real impact on vehicle performance as well as better emission results.
“With this quality fuel, it has been proven directly just now; we tested the emissions and the results are good. With Dex, it is also proven to be more fuel-efficient,” he said.
Pertamax Series customer Sandi assessed that using fuel with high RON affects vehicle performance and better emission results.
