Pertamina Offers Discounts on Bright Gas LPG Refills for Independence Day

State-owned energy company PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is offering a discount programme on refills of its non-subsidised Bright Gas LPG canisters, with savings of up to Rp8,100 per canister, from 15 to 23 August 2026 to celebrate the 81st anniversary of Indonesian independence.

VP Corporate Communication of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Kitty Andhora, stated in Jakarta on Wednesday that the ‘Semarak Merdeka MyPertamina’ promotion applies to refill purchases of 5.5 kg and 12 kg Bright Gas LPG canisters. She noted the programme serves as a form of appreciation to customers.

‘We believe that the Independence Day moment will be more meaningful when shared with customers. Therefore, we hope this Semarak Merdeka MyPertamina promo can be an opportunity for the public to recognise the benefits of Bright Gas as a quality LPG that offers security, comfort, and added value for household needs,’ said Kitty.

During the promotion period, consumers purchasing a 5.5 kg Bright Gas refill will receive a discount of Rp4,050 per canister, while those buying a 12 kg refill will receive a discount of Rp8,100 per canister. The promotion, which has no minimum purchase requirement, is available at all Bright Store outlets and online via Indomaret’s Klik Indomaret service.
