Growth was also bolstered by the implementation of a business transformation programme called VELOCITY, which focuses on market expansion, operational efficiency, integrated digital transformation, customer relations, and human resource development in the maritime sector. Director of PT Pertamina Marine Solutions, Joko Pramono, described the 2025 achievements as the result of the company’s consistency in executing business transformation and strengthening the foundation for long-term growth. ‘2025 is an important momentum for PMSol to strengthen its position as a reliable maritime solutions provider. This performance growth is the result of our focus on core business, human resource capability enhancement, digital transformation, and stronger synergy within the Pertamina Group,’ he said. He added that the company will continue to expand business opportunities, including non-captive and international markets, to create sustainable added value for all shareholders and stakeholders. In addition to financial performance, the company maintained a zero-fatality safety record throughout 2025 as part of its commitment to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards. Operationally, the company accelerated digitalisation through the MyPMSOL platform, which includes the NAKHODA, PERWIRA, and INSPEKTA applications. These systems are designed to increase productivity, speed up business processes, and improve inspection service accuracy. The RUPS also reinforced the company’s business development direction under the theme ‘Leading the Fleet, Reaching New Frontiers’. The company is committed to strengthening its core maritime business while expanding penetration into non-captive and international markets, with innovation and digitalisation as the foundation for adaptive, competitive, and sustainable growth. Through this strategy, the company is optimistic it can continue to enhance its contribution to national energy security while strengthening the global competitiveness of Indonesia’s maritime industry.
