Pertamina Lowers Bright Gas Prices

Pertamina Patra Niaga has lowered the price of Bright Gas with effect from 14 July 2026. The price reduction was carried out following a periodic evaluation that took into account market dynamics and the applicable pricing mechanism.

“The adjustment of the Bright Gas price was made through regular evaluations, considering various factors affecting market conditions, while continuing to refer to the applicable mechanism,” said Vice President of Corporate Communication at Pertamina Patra Niaga, Kitty Andhora, in a written statement on Tuesday (15 July 2026).

The price of the 12 kg Bright Gas cylinder has been cut from Rp 228,000 to Rp 220,000 per cylinder, a reduction of Rp 8,000 per cylinder. Meanwhile, the price of the 5.5 kg Bright Gas cylinder has fallen by Rp 4,000 per cylinder, from Rp 107,000 to Rp 103,000.

These Bright Gas prices are the selling prices for the island of Java, effective from 14 July 2026. Prices in other regions may differ in accordance with applicable regulations.

“Beyond offering a more competitive price, we also continue to ensure that the quality of Bright Gas is maintained, so that the public can enjoy LPG that is safe, practical and of high quality to meet their household needs,” Kitty explained.
