Pertamina Lowers Bright Gas LPG Prices Effective 14 July

Pertamina Patra Niaga has officially adjusted the price of its Bright Gas Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) products, effective 14 July 2026. The price reduction is part of the company’s periodic evaluation, considering market dynamics and prevailing mechanisms. In Java, the price of a 12 kg Bright Gas canister has fallen from Rp 228,000 to Rp 220,000, a decrease of Rp 8,000. The 5.5 kg canister has been reduced by Rp 4,000, from Rp 107,000 to Rp 103,000. Vice President of Corporate Communication at Pertamina Patra Niaga, Kitty Andhora, stated that the price adjustment is a periodic evaluation to present competitive non-subsidised LPG products to the public. The adjustment considers various factors affecting market conditions and adheres to applicable mechanisms. The prices listed are agent-level selling prices for the Java region, effective 14 July 2026, with prices in other regions varying according to local regulations. Andhora added that alongside offering more competitive pricing, the company continues to ensure the quality of Bright Gas remains high, providing a safe, practical, and high-quality LPG option for household needs. The new pricing across various regions in Indonesia is as follows: In DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java (including Bekasi), Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, and West Nusa Tenggara, the 5.5 kg canister is Rp 103,000 and the 12 kg canister is Rp 220,000. In Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, Jambi, Bengkulu, South Sumatra, and Lampung, the 5.5 kg canister is Rp 107,000 and the 12 kg canister is Rp 222,000. In the Batam Free Trade Zone, the 5.5 kg canister is Rp 97,000 and the 12 kg canister is Rp 200,000. In the Bangka Belitung Islands, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, and Southeast Sulawesi, the 5.5 kg canister is Rp 110,000 and the 12 kg canister is Rp 230,000. In Central Sulawesi, the 5.5 kg canister is Rp 107,000 and the 12 kg canister is Rp 222,000. In Tarakan and surrounding areas, the 5.5 kg canister is Rp 120,000 and the 12 kg canister is Rp 257,000. In Maluku and Papua, the 5.5 kg canister is Rp 130,000 and the 12 kg canister is Rp 277,000.
