Pertamina Lowers Bright Gas LPG Prices Effective 14 July

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Pertamina Patra Niaga has officially adjusted the prices of its Bright Gas Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) products, effective from 14 July 2026. The price adjustment forms part of the company’s periodic evaluation, taking into account market dynamics and applicable mechanisms.

As an example, in Java the 12 kg Bright Gas cylinder has fallen from Rp228,000 to Rp220,000 per cylinder (a reduction of Rp8,000), while the 5.5 kg Bright Gas cylinder has dropped from Rp107,000 to Rp103,000 per cylinder (a reduction of Rp4,000).

Vice President of Corporate Communication at Pertamina Patra Niaga, Kitty Andhora, said the Bright Gas price adjustment is part of the company’s periodic evaluation to provide a competitive non-subsidised LPG product for the public.

“The Bright Gas price adjustment is carried out through periodic evaluation, taking into account various factors affecting market conditions, while remaining guided by the applicable mechanisms,” Kitty said in a press release on Wednesday (15/7/2026).

The prices above are the agent selling prices for Bright Gas in Java, effective from 14 July 2026. Prices in other regions may differ in accordance with prevailing regulations.

“Beyond offering more competitive prices, we also continue to ensure that Bright Gas quality is maintained, so that the public can enjoy LPG that is safe, practical and of high quality for their household needs,” Kitty concluded.

The following are the Bright Gas LPG selling prices in several regions of Indonesia as of 15 July 2026:

DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java (including Bekasi), Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali and West Nusa Tenggara: Bright Gas 5.5 kg at Rp103,000 per cylinder and 12 kg at Rp220,000 per cylinder.

Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, Jambi, Bengkulu, South Sumatra, Lampung, as well as Central Sulawesi and South Sulawesi: Bright Gas 5.5 kg at Rp107,000 per cylinder and 12 kg at Rp222,000 per cylinder.

Batam Free Trade Zone only: Bright Gas 5.5 kg at Rp97,000 per cylinder and 12 kg at Rp200,000 per cylinder.

Bangka Belitung Islands, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Gorontalo and Southeast Sulawesi: Bright Gas 5.5 kg at Rp110,000 per cylinder and 12 kg at Rp230,000 per cylinder.

Central Sulawesi: Bright Gas 5.5 kg at Rp107,000 per cylinder and 12 kg at Rp222,000 per cylinder.

Tarakan and surrounding areas: Bright Gas 5.5 kg at Rp120,000 per cylinder and 12 kg at Rp257,000 per cylinder.

Maluku and Papua: Bright Gas 5.5 kg at Rp130,000 per cylinder and 12 kg at Rp277,000 per cylinder.
