State-owned energy company PT Pertamina (Persero) has officially launched an Integrated Public Information Service as part of a renewed commitment to providing informative services. The launch reflects Pertamina’s dedication to being a responsive and trustworthy company at the forefront of meeting public information needs. The event was attended by Corporate Secretary Arya Dwi Paramita, Vice President of Corporate Communication Muhammad Baron, Chairman of the Central Information Commission (KIP) Handoko Agung Saputro, and Head of Strategy and Research at KIP Joemarthine Chandra at Grha Pertamina in Jakarta on Friday, 7 August 2026. Handoko expressed appreciation for Pertamina’s commitment to enhancing information transparency and improving the quality of public services, ensuring the company’s presence is truly felt by the community. He noted that as a state-owned enterprise and a pillar of the national economy, Pertamina can have a significant impact on people’s lives, and this initiative proves its dedication to greater openness and continuous service improvement. Arya stated that Pertamina is committed to delivering information that builds public trust, makes people feel served, and provides tangible benefits. He acknowledged that the journey towards this goal is not instant but built through incremental steps, including making official information channels more accessible, maintaining information accuracy and security, encouraging public participation, and strengthening information governance to support Public Information Disclosure. Arya added that Pertamina will continue to strengthen synergy, collaboration, and commitment so that every step leads to the shared goal of earning public trust. He emphasised that strong collaboration must be supported by fast, accurate, consistent, and community-oriented services. Embracing a new spirit of ‘One Team, One Goal’ in line with the one Pertamina one voice policy, all official information channels—from Voice 135, email, social media, WhatsApp, the website, E-PPID, to Sp4n Lapor—are now integrated to serve the public quickly and accurately. Arya explained that every information service received by the public is the result of collaboration across all lines moving with one strategy and one goal: to win public trust through transparent, informative, accountable, and trusted information disclosure. In line with the launch, Pertamina is strengthening public information management through Technical Guidance for the Holding, Subholding, and Subsidiaries. Arya affirmed that Pertamina’s public information team serves as the front line, ensuring every information request is handled appropriately. The Pertamina Group continues to improve service quality through various channels, including the PPID website, applications, email, voice, and physical information service rooms. Arya concluded that through strong collaboration and increasingly better service, Pertamina is building public trust, as the greatest reward is the trust maintained every day.
