PT Pertamina (Persero) has officially launched an integrated public information service, marking a renewed commitment to providing informative and responsive services to the public. The launch was conducted by Pertamina’s Corporate Secretary, Arya Dwi Paramita, alongside the company’s Corporate Communication team and was attended by the Chairman of the Central Information Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KIP RI), Handoko Agung Saputro, in Jakarta.

Handoko Agung Saputro praised Pertamina’s commitment to enhancing the quality of public service, stating that the company’s presence should be genuinely felt by the community. He noted that as a state-owned enterprise and a pillar of the national economy, Pertamina has a tangible impact on people’s lives.

Corporate Secretary Arya Dwi Paramita explained that the initiative aims to provide information that makes the public feel served and trust the company. He acknowledged that building this trust is a gradual process, achieved by opening easier access to official information channels, maintaining data accuracy and security, encouraging public participation, and strengthening information governance.

All official information channels, including Voice 135, email, social media, WhatsApp, the company website, and the PPID portal, are now integrated to serve the public quickly and accurately. He added that the ultimate goal is to win public trust through transparent, informative, and accountable information disclosure, stating that the greatest award is the trust they maintain every day.
