Pertamina Increases 1.5 Million 3kg LPG Cylinders in East Java During Idul Adha Holiday

Surabaya, East Java - Pertamina Patra Niaga has increased the supply of 3kg LPG cylinders by approximately 99% of the daily average, amounting to 1.5 million cylinders for East Java during the extended Idul Adha holiday from May 27 to 31, 2026.

‘We ensure that LPG energy supplies in East Java are safe and sufficient to meet local community needs,’ said Ahad Rahedi, Area Manager for Communication, Relations & CSR at Jatimbalinus.

Ahad added that infrastructure and personnel have been deployed to ensure smooth LPG distribution throughout the holiday period.

He expressed hope that the additional 3kg LPG cylinders would meet community needs, allowing residents to enjoy the holiday peacefully.

‘We urge the public to remain calm and avoid hoarding LPG,’ he added.

Ahad also encouraged the public to use LPG according to its intended purpose: 3kg cylinders for lower-income households and Brightgas for those who can afford it.
