Pertamina Fuel Prices Today 17 March 2026: Dex and Dexlite — Check Latest Rates at SPBU
PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Patra Niaga has implemented new pricing adjustments for non-subsidised fuel products, specifically diesel variants Dexlite and Pertamina Dex, as of today, Tuesday 17 March 2026. The increase responds to fluctuations in global crude oil prices and strengthening of the US dollar against the Rupiah.
The following are retail price details at Pertamina SPBU for regions with Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax (PBBKB) of 5 per cent (Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta, East Java, and Bali):
Due to varying PBBKB rates across regions, Dex Series prices outside Java tend to be higher. The following are estimated prices:
This price adjustment constitutes implementation of Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry Decree No. 245.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2022. The primary component determining non-subsidised fuel pricing is the MOPS (Mean of Platts Singapore) publication price. Given rising global diesel demand for the industrial and transport sectors in early 2026, the diesel market index price has increased, which in turn impacts retail prices at domestic SPBU stations.
For owners of modern diesel vehicles such as Toyota Fortuner, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, or Hyundai Santa Fe, it is recommended to continue using Pertamina Dex to maintain engine performance and durability of fuel injection systems (Common Rail) despite the price increase.
Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Central Java Division has distributed supplementary liquefied petroleum gas supplies exceeding 9 million three-kilogramme cylinders across Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Fuel supply in the region is sourced from the Maos Fuel Terminal in Cilacap District. During the Satgas Rafi period, Pertamina increased fuel stocks by approximately 4 to 5 per cent.
Three hundred and nine SPBU stations located on high-traffic routes operate twenty-four hours. Fifty-nine mobile storage units have been deployed as backup SPBU and fuel supply reserves.
