Pertamina EP Java Region Strengthens Supply Chain Ecosystem, Partners with Business Partners and Banks
JAKARTA — Pertamina EP Java Region is strengthening collaboration, integrity, and the capabilities of business partners within the supply chain ecosystem to support the sustainability of upstream oil and gas operations.
This effort was undertaken through the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Forum 2026, held on 7 and 8 April 2026.
The event carried the theme Strengthening Collaborative Integrity to Drive Sustainable Energy and National Economic Growth and was attended by business partners within the Pertamina Subholding Upstream Java Region, including Pertamina EP Zone 7, PHE ONWJ, PHE OSES, and Pertamina East Natuna.
As part of the activities, the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function of the Java Region played a role in bridging coordination between the company and business partners to ensure effective and integrated procurement processes.
To strengthen partnerships, the company is also expanding collaboration with the banking sector through Bank Mandiri to support the financing aspects for business partners.
In addition, SKK Migas introduced the Indonesian Oil and Gas (IOG) e-Commerce platform to encourage more efficient and transparent procurement processes.
Director of Pertamina EP Java Region, Rachmat Hidajat, stated that business partners play a strategic role in supporting the company’s performance.
“Business partners for us are not merely providers of goods and services, but an important part in ensuring smooth operations, production facility reliability, project acceleration, and compliance with safety and sustainability standards,” he said in a press release on Tuesday (14/4/2026).
The event was also filled with capacity building for business partners through coaching sessions on supply chain tools, such as CIVD, i-vendor, and CSMS.
Additionally, a Supplier Performance Review (SPR) was conducted to evaluate ongoing contracts and direct verification of the domestic component level (TKDN) as part of support for the use of domestic products.
Continuing the strengthening from the previous year, this year’s focus is directed towards developing collaborations that can drive economic growth, in line with Pertamina EP’s contributions through operational activities and work contract implementation.
Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Pertamina EP Java Region, Bayu Kusuma Tri Aryanto, stated that collaboration is key to supporting business sustainability.
This forum is part of Pertamina Subholding Upstream Java Region’s efforts to build professional, transparent, and sustainable partnerships, while also enhancing the capabilities of business partners in supporting operational performance.
