PT Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to commit to maintaining energy availability for the public.

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has ensured that the LPG supply on Sumbawa Island, West Nusa Tenggara, remains safe after the LPG Gas Camellia ship docked at the LPG Integrated Terminal Bima distribution and storage centre on Monday (13/4).

“Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to commit to maintaining energy availability for the public,” stated the caption on the Instagram account of Integrated Terminal Bima, quoted from a press release by the Indonesian Government Communication Agency (Bakom) in Jakarta on Tuesday.

The arrival of the ship is part of efforts to maintain the smooth distribution of LPG to meet the energy needs of the community in the Sumbawa Island region.

Integrated Terminal Bima serves as the central supply point for LPG to all cities and regencies on Sumbawa Island, covering Bima City, Bima Regency, Dompu Regency, Sumbawa Regency, and West Sumbawa Regency.

Subsequently, the LPG will be distributed to Elpiji Bulk Filling and Transport Stations (SPPBE) and Elpiji Bulk Filling Stations (SPBE) spread across the Sumbawa Island region.

Pertamina Patra Niaga stated that it continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing energy to areas with limited access through adequate distribution fleet support.

Currently, LPG distribution is supported by nine Pertamina-owned LPG ships as well as more than 30 chartered ships operating to reach various regions in Indonesia with diverse geographical characteristics.
