Pertamina Ensures Pertalite Stock is Sufficient and Available
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has assured the public that stocks of the subsidised Pertalite fuel are sufficient and available. Distribution of Pertalite across the entire network of petrol stations continues to run normally in accordance with government assignments, supported by an integrated logistics system and infrastructure to maintain supply throughout Indonesia.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that the company continues to optimise energy supply chain management through the support of fuel terminal infrastructure, distributors and storage facilities, distribution fleets, and an integrated monitoring system across all regions of Indonesia. This measure is taken to ensure that the public’s energy needs can be met sustainably.
“In addition to ensuring Pertalite stocks are available and distribution to all petrol stations is running normally, Pertamina Patra Niaga also conducts real-time monitoring of stock conditions and fuel distribution in all regions so that public needs can be properly met,” said Roberth.
Roberth explained that with the support of an energy infrastructure network spread from Sabang to Merauke, Pertamina can maintain supply reliability and respond quickly if additional supplies are needed in certain areas.
“We continue to coordinate with all stakeholders, especially our operational unit networks across 8 Regional Offices (Regional 1-8), to take anticipatory steps to ensure energy services to the public remain optimal. If there is an increase in demand in a particular area, we have prepared a distribution reinforcement scheme so that supply is maintained,” he continued.
In addition to ensuring stock availability, Pertamina Patra Niaga also distributes subsidised fuel in accordance with the provisions and regulations set by the government.
“We urge the public to use energy wisely by purchasing fuel according to their needs, its intended purpose, and the type of vehicle used. Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to carry out its energy distribution duties optimally and ensure the availability of Pertalite for the public,” he concluded.
