Pertamina Ensures Pertalite Stock Availability
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has confirmed that the availability of subsidised Pertalite fuel for the public is sufficient and secure. Distribution of Pertalite across the entire network of petrol stations continues to run normally in accordance with government assignments, supported by an integrated logistics system and infrastructure to maintain supply throughout Indonesia.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that the company continues to optimise the energy supply chain through the support of fuel terminal infrastructure, distributor and storage agencies, distribution fleets, and an integrated monitoring system across all regions of Indonesia. This measure is taken to ensure the community’s energy needs are met sustainably.
“In addition to ensuring Pertalite stocks are available and distribution to all petrol stations is running normally, Pertamina Patra Niaga also continuously conducts real-time monitoring of stock conditions and fuel distribution in all regions so that public needs can be properly fulfilled,” said Roberth.
Roberth explained that with the support of an energy infrastructure network spread from Sabang to Merauke, Pertamina can maintain supply reliability and carry out rapid responses if additional supplies are required in certain areas.
“We continue to coordinate with all stakeholders, particularly with our operational unit network in 8 Regional Branch Offices (Regional 1-8), in order to take anticipatory steps to ensure energy services to the public remain optimal. If there is an increase in demand in a particular area, we have prepared a distribution strengthening scheme so that supply remains secure,” he continued.
In addition to ensuring stock availability, Pertamina Patra Niaga also distributes subsidised fuel in accordance with the provisions and regulations set by the government.
“We urge the public to use energy wisely by purchasing fuel according to their needs, its intended purpose, and the type of vehicle used. Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to carry out its energy distribution duties optimally and ensure the availability of Pertalite for the public is maintained,” concluded Roberth.
