Pertamina Patra Niaga’s President Director, Mars Ega Legowo Putra, has confirmed that services at petrol stations (SPBU) in Palembang are running optimally following direct inspections at SPBU 23.301.34 Noerdin Pandji and SPBU 23.301.29 Kebun Bunga. The visit also reviewed the implementation of the ‘Subsidi Tepat’ (Targeted Subsidy) programme in serving the community’s energy needs. “We want to ensure that people entitled to subsidised Biosolar receive comfortable service. That is why we are present on the ground to observe the service, listen to consumer feedback, and ensure the Targeted Subsidy Programme runs smoothly,” Mars Ega stated on Thursday. During the visit, he inspected the distribution process for subsidised Biosolar via the QR code-based Targeted Subsidy Programme. Nationally, as of 22 July 2026, the programme has registered over 3.9 million subsidised Biosolar vehicles and more than 12 million Pertalite vehicles. “The implementation of the Targeted Subsidy aims to ensure the distribution of subsidised fuel is right on target,” he said. As part of efforts to improve public service quality, Pertamina Patra Niaga, together with the South Sumatra Provincial Government, is strengthening the distribution of subsidised Biosolar in the Palembang area. Executive General Manager of Pertamina Patra Niaga for the Sumbagsel region, Alexander Susilo, noted that 13 petrol stations in Palembang currently provide 24-hour Biosolar distribution. Additionally, eight stations offer night-time distribution from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to help reduce queues and facilitate goods transport vehicles operating at night. “This service is the result of coordination and synergy with the South Sumatra Provincial Government as an effort to improve the quality of subsidised Biosolar services for the public. We also continue to ensure fuel supplies are secure so that services at all petrol stations can run optimally,” Alexander said. Through direct field monitoring, strengthening the Targeted Subsidy Programme, and synergy with local governments and all stakeholders, Pertamina Patra Niaga is demonstrating its commitment to maintaining reliable energy distribution and providing the best service to the public.
