Pertamina Ensures Optimal Service at Palembang Petrol Stations
The implementation of the Right Subsidy programme aims to ensure that subsidised fuel distribution reaches the intended recipients.
Jakarta (ANTARA) — The Chief Executive of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Mars Ega Legowo Putra, has assured that fuel station services in Palembang are running optimally following direct inspections at fuel station 23.301.34 Noerdin Pandji and fuel station 23.301.29 Kebun Bunga.
Mars Ega also reviewed the implementation of the Right Subsidy programme in serving the public’s energy needs.
“We want to ensure that people entitled to subsidised Biosolar receive comfortable service. That is why we are present in the field to observe the service, listen to consumer feedback, and at the same time make sure the Right Subsidy programme runs smoothly,” Mars Ega said in a statement received in Jakarta on Thursday.
During the visit, Mars Ega directly inspected the distribution process for subsidised Biosolar through the QR code-based Right Subsidy programme.
As of 22 July 2026, the national implementation of the Right Subsidy programme had recorded more than 3.9 million subsidised Biosolar vehicles registered, while more than 12 million Pertalite vehicles had been registered.
“The implementation of the Right Subsidy aims to ensure that subsidised fuel distribution is properly targeted,” he said.
In addition, as part of efforts to improve service quality for the public, Pertamina Patra Niaga, together with the South Sumatra Provincial Government, continues to strengthen the distribution of subsidised Biosolar in the Palembang area.
Executive General Manager of Pertamina Patra Niaga for the Southern Sumatra Region, Alexander Susilo, said there are currently 13 fuel stations in Palembang City serving subsidised Biosolar 24 hours a day.
A further eight fuel stations also provide subsidised Biosolar distribution services at night, from 21:00 to 05:00 Western Indonesian Time, to help reduce queues while providing convenience for goods vehicles operating at night.
“This service is the result of coordination and synergy with the South Sumatra Provincial Government as an effort to improve the quality of subsidised Biosolar services for the public. We also continue to ensure fuel supplies remain secure so that services at all fuel stations can run optimally,” Alexander said.
Through direct monitoring in the field, strengthening the implementation of the Right Subsidy programme, and synergy with regional government and all stakeholders, Pertamina Patra Niaga has demonstrated its commitment to maintaining the reliability of energy distribution and delivering the best possible service to the public.
