Pertamina Patra Niaga, a sub-holding of PT Pertamina (Persero), is mobilising 7,885 public fuel stations (SPBU) and 6,662 LPG agents to ensure smooth energy distribution during the Ramadhan and Eid al-Fitr 2026 period. Of the total SPBU, 2,074 units will operate 24 hours a day, while petroleum product (BBM) distribution is also supported by 6,777 Pertashop outlets across the regions.

‘We place modular units at several nearby points or even at SPBU locations, so if demand rises there is no need to wait for travel time from the terminal to the SPBU,’ said Roberth MV Dumatubun, Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, in Jakarta on Wednesday.

He said the service enhancement is being implemented through four service pillars: energy services, focus areas, promotional programmes, and additional services for the community.

For households, Pertamina Patra Niaga is also preparing 6,662 LPG agents, including around 6,300 agents operating 24 hours. The distribution is supported by 757 bulk LPG (elpiji) filling stations and 223 kerosene agents.

On potential routes such as toll roads, tourist corridors, and main cross-country routes, Pertamina Patra Niaga has prepared 96 modular BBM services and 62 Pertamina Siaga Kiosks distributed across 64 locations.

Additionally, the company is preparing around 200 tanker units as a supply reserve to anticipate surges in consumption during the mudik and Lebaran return flow.

Pertamina Patra Niaga has also prepared 41 Serambi MyPertamina units at rest areas, tourist routes, airports, and ports to serve as rest facilities for travellers.

‘Energy to move forward with hope reflects that Pertamina Patra Niaga carries the spirit to pause, not only at SPBU to refuel, but also to provide facilities to rest and worship,’ said Roberth.

As an additional service, the company also deploys on-road motorised fuel delivery (PDS) on congested routes, including toll roads, to assist people experiencing emergencies such as running out of BBM during travel.

Furthermore, Pertamina Patra Niaga has prepared ambulances at Serambi MyPertamina locations, free porter services at several airports, as well as towing and free service cars to assist travellers.

‘The body should be healthy, but the vehicle should also be healthy. So we have prepared towing and free service cars if necessary to enable vehicles to continue their journey,’ he added.

Moreover, Pertamina Patra Niaga confirms that all these services are prepared to maintain smooth energy distribution while supporting the public during Ramadhan and Eid al-Fitr 2026. Public energy service information can be accessed via the MyPertamina app or Pertamina Contact Centre 135, which operates 24 hours.
