PT Pertamina (Persero) contributed Rp 360.76 trillion to the state throughout the 2025 fiscal year. This contribution is an accumulation of tax payments, Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), and dividends as a form of support for national development and strengthening the state budget.

President Director of Pertamina, Simon Aloysius Mantiri, explained that this is part of the company’s positive performance achievements throughout 2025. Based on the 2025 Annual Report approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) in Jakarta on Tuesday (23/6/2026), Pertamina recorded revenue of US$70.89 billion, equivalent to Rp 1,167.99 trillion, with EBITDA of US$11.43 billion, equivalent to Rp 188.33 trillion, and net profit of US$3.35 billion, equivalent to Rp 55.20 trillion.

“These achievements reflect a fundamentally strong business as well as the effectiveness of the company’s strategy in maintaining performance across all energy business lines,” he stated in an official release on Wednesday (1/7/2026).

“Overall, the 2025 fiscal year achievements show that Pertamina is not only strengthening national energy resilience but also driving the transition towards lower carbon energy, increasing its contribution to the national economy, and maintaining a healthy and sustainable financial foundation,” he explained.

The company also recorded massive domestic product spending absorption reaching Rp 531.5 trillion to provide a multiplier effect for the domestic economy.

“For Pertamina, these achievements do not merely reflect corporate performance. Behind them lies a greater responsibility to ensure energy remains available and reliable for the public, industry, and various strategic sectors that drive the national economy,” said Simon.

From an operational perspective, upstream oil and gas production was maintained above 1 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOEPD). Meanwhile, in the downstream sector, Pertamina’s refineries were able to supply around 70% of national fuel needs and recorded domestic investment of US$5.9 billion, equivalent to Rp 97.20 trillion, throughout 2025.

Pertamina’s President Commissioner, Mochamad Iriawan, expressed appreciation to the board of directors and all employees for the company’s sustained positive performance. According to him, the decisions taken at the RUPS represent an important step for the company’s journey towards achieving better performance in the future.

“The decisions taken at this RUPS are an important step for the company’s journey ahead. Hopefully, these decisions will lead Pertamina to achieve even better performance and accomplishments in the future,” he concluded.
