Pertamina Chief Executive Ensures Fuel Readiness for 2026 Eid Holiday Travel Rush

Jakarta — Pertamina’s Chief Commissioner Mochamad Iriawan, popularly known as Iwan Bule, has ensured the readiness of fuel supplies to meet public demand during the 2026 Eid holiday travel period.

“I am going directly to the field to ensure there are no obstacles, however small, in distribution. Every drop of fuel must reach consumers smoothly. This KM 57 petrol station is a vital point, so stock availability and service speed here are top priorities,” said Iwan Bule in a statement received in Jakarta on Tuesday.

Iwan Bule conducted a field inspection visit to the KM 57 Rest Area petrol station on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road on Monday evening, 9 March.

The visit, part of a series of Ramadan 1447 H field visits, aimed to ensure fuel stock availability and the readiness of facilities for traveller convenience at the KM 57 Rest Area petrol station.

The inspection also monitored the readiness of non-cash payment services to accelerate refuelling and minimise long queues, health post readiness, and field staff preparedness in managing traffic flow in the petrol station area.

As a gesture of moral support, Iwan Bule also engaged in dialogue and expressed appreciation to operators and field staff who will remain on standby during the Eid holiday period.

“The dedication of colleagues in the field is key. Provide excellent service with a smile, but I firmly instruct that HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) aspects remain top priority. There is no tolerance for safety issues amid the expected high traffic volume,” he stated.
