Various features support transactions for purchasing BBM, LPG, as well as loyalty programmes in the form of points, promotions, and discounts to provide convenient access to services for the public. Through these efforts, MyPertamina has successfully received the highest award as Best Public Service for the Mobile Apps category at the Digital Channel Customer Experience Award (DIGICCXA) 2026. This award was given as part of the Top CX Brand Award event.
