Pertamina Announces No Fuel Price Increase as of 1 April 2026

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Patra Niaga has announced that prices for subsidised and non-subsidised fuel oil (BBM) will not increase as of 1 April 2026. Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that this policy follows the government’s directive, which stipulates no adjustment to fuel prices. “Pertamina Patra Niaga consistently implements government policies, including in the determination of fuel prices,” he said in an official statement on Tuesday (31/3/2026). He explained that the company continues to take various strategic steps to ensure energy availability remains stable, such as negotiating with suppliers and optimising the distribution system.
