PT Pertamina (Persero) has announced that the price of non-subsidised diesel fuels, such as Pertamina Dex and Dexlite, and Pertamax Turbo will fall starting 1 July 2026. Based on Pertamina’s official website, in the Jabodetabek area, the price of the Dex Series, specifically Dexlite (CN 51), has fallen to Rp19,700 per litre from Rp23,000 per litre in June 2026. Pertamina Dex (CN 53) also fell to Rp21,150 per litre from the previous Rp24,800 per litre. A similar change occurred for Pertamax Turbo (RON 98), which experienced a decrease to Rp19,300 per litre from Rp20,750 per litre in June. Meanwhile, the price for Pertamax (RON 92) remains at Rp16,250 per litre, as does Pertamax Green (RON 95) at Rp17,000 per litre. The price increase for these two products occurred on 10 June 2026, several months after the government held fuel prices steady following a surge caused by the war between the United States (US)-Israel and Iran. The price of assignment and subsidised fuels remains unchanged, with Pertalite at Rp10,000 per litre and Biosolar at Rp6,800 per litre. This price adjustment is made to implement Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 245.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2022, an amendment to Decree No. 62 K/12/MEM/2020, which regulates the basic price formula for calculating the retail selling price of general petrol and diesel fuels distributed through public fuel stations.
