Jakarta – PT Pertamina (Persero) has announced an update to fuel prices for several specific regions effective from 1 March, with the premium non-subsidised petrol Pertamax rising to IDR12,300 per litre.

Based on Pertamina’s official website, the state-owned oil company is adjusting fuel prices across certain regions.

In the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi), Pertamax (RON 92) has risen to IDR12,300 per litre from IDR11,800 per litre, whilst Pertamax Green (RON 95) has increased to IDR12,900 per litre from IDR12,450 per litre in February 2026.

Pertamax Turbo (RON 98) has also increased to IDR13,100 per litre from IDR12,700 per litre.

The Pertamina Dex Series fuels in the region have also seen price increases. Dexlite (CN 51) diesel has risen to IDR14,200 per litre from IDR13,250 per litre in February 2026.

Pertamina Dex (CN 53) has also increased to IDR14,500 per litre from IDR13,500 per litre.

By contrast, various government-assigned and subsidised fuels have not changed prices, namely Pertalite at IDR10,000 per litre and Biosolar at IDR6,800 per litre.

The price adjustments are in accordance with the implementation of Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry Decree (Kepmen) No. 245.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2022, which amends Kepmen No. 62 K/12/MEM/2020.

The decree establishes the base price formula for calculating retail selling prices of standard fuel types, petrol and diesel fuel, distributed through public fuel filling stations.
