Pertamax Green 95 Fuel Price Also Rises, Reaching Rp17,000 per Litre as of 10 June
PT Pertamina (Persero), through Pertamina Patra Niaga, has officially raised the prices of its non-subsidised fuel products (BBM). Among those increasing are Pertamax (RON 92) and Pertamax Green 95 (RON 95) effective 10 June 2026. Citing Pertamina’s announcement, using DKI Jakarta as an example, the price of Pertamax rose from Rp12,300 per litre to Rp16,250 per litre. Meanwhile, Pertamax Green 95 rose from Rp12,900 per litre to Rp17,000 per litre. Pertamina Patra Niaga stated that this price increase was decided after coordination with the government as the regulator and was carried out according to a periodic evaluation mechanism that considers global oil price developments and the economic market price. Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary, Roberth MV Dumatubun, explained that the non-subsidised fuel price adjustment follows applicable regulations and is part of the implementation of energy governance aimed at maintaining a balance between business sustainability, service quality, and certainty of energy supply for the public. ‘The price adjustment for Pertamax and Pertamax Green was carried out after an evaluation process according to the price formula set by the government. The selling price was decided while still being coordinated with the government as the regulator, and is part of the effort to maintain the sustainability of energy provision and the distribution of quality fuel for the public so that it continues to run optimally,’ Roberth said in a press statement. Roberth added that Pertamina Patra Niaga always strives to maintain the availability and quality of fuel products throughout Indonesia, while ensuring that services to the public continue to run well. ‘We ensure that the supply of Pertamax and Pertamax Green remains secure and available in the Pertamina petrol station network. The public can obtain the latest fuel price information through Pertamina’s official channels, Pertamina Patra Niaga, and the MyPertamina application,’ he explained.
