Pertagas CEO Openly Discusses 2025 Performance Achievements

PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas), part of the Gas Subholding of PT Pertamina (Persero), recorded solid operational performance throughout 2025. This achievement is reflected in growth across various business lines. Pertagas CEO, Indra Sembiring, stated that several key company indicators showed improvement compared to the previous year. For instance, gas distribution operations reached a volume of more than 1,500 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD). “I can share the strategic achievements of Pertagas for 2025. For gas distribution operations, it is more than 1,500 MMSCFD, and compared to 2024, it rose by 4%,” said Indra during the Energy Corner CNBC Indonesia event on Friday (8/5/2026). Meanwhile, oil distribution also increased by 8%. Pertagas recorded oil distribution in the Pertamina Nunukan region at around 175,000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD). In the regasification sector, the volume at Terminal LNG Arun reached around 155 BBTUD, up 6% from the previous year. LPG production from the PT Pertagas group reached around 450 tonnes per day. This figure is equivalent to about 14% of total national LPG production. “LPG production from the Pertagas Group is around 450 tonnes per day. This is approximately 14% of national LPG production. And of course, in our operations, we must ensure all these operations run well and smoothly,” said Indra.
