Performance Growth Strengthens Jasa Raharja's Services for the Public
PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) has once again recorded positive performance for the 2025 fiscal year. Amid the dynamics of the financial services industry and global economic challenges, the company posted a consolidated net profit of Rp2.30 trillion, an increase of approximately 138.54 per cent compared to the previous year’s figure of Rp963.74 billion. This achievement also surpassed the target set in the Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) by 175.68 per cent.
This positive performance was presented at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) for the 2025 Fiscal Year held in Jakarta on Sunday (20/7). In addition to approving the Annual Report and ratifying the 2025 Fiscal Year Financial Statements, the RUPS also discussed several other agendas, including the Performance Evaluation Report, the Financial Report of the Micro and Small Business Funding Programme, and the Compliance and Internal Control Report.
Jasa Raharja’s President Director, Muhammad Awaluddin, stated that this achievement resulted from the company’s consistency in carrying out business transformation, strengthening governance, and improving the quality of service to the public. “This achievement is the result of the hard work of all Jasa Raharja personnel in carrying out the company’s transformation sustainably. We are not only focused on financial performance growth but also ensuring that every step the company takes can improve the quality of basic protection for the public, strengthen corporate governance, and provide added value for the state,” Awaluddin said.
Throughout 2025, Jasa Raharja’s insurance revenue reached Rp8.17 trillion, up from Rp7.49 trillion in the previous year. Insurance service results soared to Rp1.95 trillion, while investment income grew to Rp1.40 trillion, an increase of around 73 per cent compared to 2024. Profit before tax also increased significantly to Rp2.57 trillion.
In terms of corporate fundamentals, total consolidated assets increased to Rp20.63 trillion, with equity reaching Rp12.62 trillion. This growth demonstrates the company’s increasingly strong financial condition in supporting the sustainability of services to the public. The company’s operational cash flow also showed a significant increase. Throughout 2025, cash flow from operating activities reached approximately Rp1.74 trillion, up nearly 115 per cent compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, premium receipts increased to Rp6.87 trillion with claim payments maintained optimally.
The positive performance was also supported by the implementation of good corporate governance. Jasa Raharja’s consolidated financial statements received an “Unqualified Opinion” from an independent auditor. In addition, the company maintained its idAAA/Stable rating, reflecting a very strong ability to meet long-term financial obligations.
According to Awaluddin, the company’s success is not only measured by financial aspects but also by its real contribution to society. He stated that sound financial performance must go hand in hand with improving the quality of public services. “Therefore, Jasa Raharja will continue to strengthen service digitalisation, expand collaboration with stakeholders, and provide basic protection services that are faster, easier, and more targeted for the community,” he said.
This commitment is also realised through the implementation of the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) Programme. Throughout 2025, Jasa Raharja realised a TJSL Programme worth Rp32.33 billion, accompanied by various community empowerment programmes, MSME development, and social activities, all of which met their performance indicators.
In line with the strengthening of financial performance, Jasa Raharja also continues to improve the quality of public services by accelerating the compensation delivery process and optimising digital services. Up to June 2026, the company had disbursed compensation of Rp1.60 trillion to 74,493 accident victims. Of this total, compensation payments for injured victims through the guarantee letter (GL) mechanism reached Rp849 billion, or around 99 per cent of total injury compensation.
Awaluddin said that improving service quality is an inseparable part of the company’s public service-oriented transformation. “By strengthening digitalisation, integrating services with the National Police and hospitals, and collaborating with stakeholders, we want to ensure that every accident victim receives optimal protection,” he said.
Service speed also continues to show positive results. Up to June 2026, the average time to settle death compensation was recorded at just 1 day and 1 hour, supported by cooperation with 2,853 hospitals across Indonesia. On the prevention side, Jasa Raharja also continues to strengthen transportation safety programmes together with stakeholders. Throughout the first semester of 2026, the company realised 4,366 transportation safety programmes, including safety education, infrastructure strengthening, cross-agency joint operations, research on accident-prone areas, and the development of safety technology innovations.
